If your device has been lost or stolen, you’ll need to let us know as soon as possible using the contact options at the end of this section, so we can ensure it can’t be used by anyone else. You’ll also need to get a crime reference number from the police and pass this on to us.
If you have your own insurance, please get in touch with your insurer as soon as you can.
