How do I set up my Apple Watch?

Non-Cellular models:

Pair your device to your watch using the iOS Watch app on your iPhone. If the Watch app isn’t on your device, search for Watch in the App store

Cellular models

To use the cellular connection on your Apple Watch, you must be using a model that is supported on UK networks. If you did not purchase your device within the UK, check if your device is compatible by visiting the Apple Website

  • New watch user

You’ll need Vodafone OneNumber to use Cellular on your Watch, if it isn’t already on your Price Plan you’ll be asked to subscribe as part of the set up.

Open the the iOS Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to Cellular, then follow the on screen instructions. If the Watch app isn’t on your device, search for Watch in the App store

  • Existing OneNumber Watch customer

If you’ve received a replacement watch or upgrade, log into My Vodafone and perform a SIM swap. Once completed, pair your device with your watch using the iOS Watch app on your iPhone and follow the on screen instructions.
