My Pay as you go Rewards aren’t working

Rewards you get by text or email

If you’ve chosen an email or text reward – whether that’s extra minutes, data or a store code gift card – you should get it within 24 hours. 

If you’ve been waiting for your reward email more than 24 hours, check your email junk folder. 

If you still haven’t got your reward email or text – or you have and it doesn’t work – start a chat with us.

Rewards you get by post

If you’ve chosen a post reward – like headphones or another phone accessory – you should get it within 10 working days. 

If it’s been more than 10 working days and you don’t have your reward, start a chat with us. 

Lost a Rewards code we sent you? 

Text LOST free to 27822 and we can send you any valid codes you haven’t redeemed yet.
