I can’t access VeryMe Rewards

Sorry to hear you can’t access VeryMe Rewards. There are a few reasons why this might be happening.

You’re not eligible for VeryMe Rewards

If you’re a Pay as you go customer, you need to top up at least £10 every six weeks to see the full selection from VeryMe Rewards. If you’re a Vodafone Business customer and have more than 10 employees, you won’t be able access VeryMe Rewards.

You’ve just joined Vodafone

It can take up to 48 hours to get access to VeryMe Rewards after you join.

You’ve just topped up

It can take up to 48 hours for your VeryMe Rewards to reactivate after you top up.

Has your reward expired?

VeryMe Rewards aren’t all valid for the same length of time, so check the T&Cs of your reward to find out how long you’ve got to use it. 

If the reward’s expired, you won’t be able to claim it. 

You haven’t updated the My Vodafone app

To enjoy the best experience, you’ll need to keep your My Vodafone app updated. Check the App Store or Google Play Store to make sure there aren’t any pending updates and that you’re using the latest version of the app 

You’re getting an error message
