What should I do if I can't access VeryMe Rewards?

Sorry that you’re having problems with VeryMe Rewards.

We want to fix this for you – so first, there are a few things we need you to check.

Are you eligible? 

Not everybody is eligible for VeryMe Rewards – find out if you are

Just joined Vodafone? 

Bear in mind that it can take about 48 hours to get access to VeryMe Rewards.

Just topped up? 

If you’ve got a Pay as you go account, you have to be topping up £10 or more every 6 weeks to use VeryMe Rewards. 

If you’ve just topped up £10 or more, give it 48 hours for your VeryMe Rewards to reactivate. 

Has your reward expired? 

VeryMe Rewards aren’t all valid for the same length of time, so check the T&Cs of your reward to find out how long you’ve got to use it. 

If the reward’s expired, you won’t be able to claim it. 

Have you updated the app? 

To get the full VeryMe Rewards experience, you need to keep your My Vodafone app updated.

Check the App Store or Google Play Store to make sure you’re using the latest version of the app, and there aren’t any pending updates. 

Are you getting an error message? 

Sometimes, if we’re having a technical issue with the My Vodafone app, you’ll see an error message with some info about what’s going on.
