If you’re leaving us, we’ll give you a PAC or STAC – give this to your new provider.

I’m a business customer

Small business customers should also head to our cancel your account page.

If you’re a business customer with 50 employees or more, your mobile company administrator can get your code for you by heading to Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO)
