Can I transfer my number and contract to someone else?

Yes – you can transfer your personal or business mobile number to someone else using our transfer of ownership form

The person you transfer your number and contract to has to be a Vodafone Pay monthly account holder already, and you’ll need to have had the number you’re transferring for more than three months. 

How long does transfer of ownership take? 

  • Personal account: up to 2 working days
  • Business account: up to 10 working days

Does it cost anything? 

You won’t have to pay anything to transfer your number, but all bills on your account need to be up-to-date. 

Once the transfer is complete, the new owner of your account will be responsible for all bills and payments for the duration of the plan.
