How do I change my account details or password?

  1. Log in to your My Vodafone account
  2. From the navigation menu, choose ‘Account settings’ 
  3. You can change your email address and contact number here
  4. Change your username, password and PIN under ‘Login details’
  5. Or change your address under ‘Address details'
