  • How do I manage my active bars?

    The easiest way to see what bars you’ve got active and turn them on and off is in the My Vodafone app. 

    If you can’t use the app right now, you can do this online too. 

    My Vodafone app 

    1. From the homescreen, find the Manage Bars & Extras tile
    2. Tap it to see what bars are active on your account, and to turn them on and off.  

    Online 

    1. Log in to your My Vodafone account
    2. From your Account summary, choose the plan you want to switch bars on or off for – skip this step if you’ve only got one plan
    3. From the navigation menu, choose Services and extras > Bars and data alerts 
    4. To turn a bar off, choose NO
