I’m moving home – what do I need to do?

Here’s how to make your move as smooth as possible.

If you have broadband with us, follow our guide to move broadband to your new address 

If you have a phone, SIM only plan, or anything else with us, you just need to update your address in My Vodafone 

What should I do if I’m moving abroad? 

If you plan on using a billing address outside of the UK (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man), and you have Vodafone Insurance, please give the team a call on 0333 304 3346 to cancel your policy – we can’t provide cover to non-UK residents.
