Get instructions on how to move your Vodafone Home Broadband

If you're moving to rented accommodation, you must first get permission from your landlord to change your internet provider.
You can update your address details online. Simply log in to My Vodafone:
- Choose Account settings
- Choose Address details from the menu
- Update your details
If you move house or change your Sure Signal device location, you'll need to update the postcode it's registered to.
This is to let emergency services pinpoint the location if anyone makes a 999 call using it.
You can update your postcode with the following steps:
- Log into My Vodafone
- Choose your number and click on Manage services
- Select Sure Signal and choose the device you want to change
- Choose Manage Sure Signal, then Change postcode location
Sure Signal should be up and running again in 1 hour, but it can take up to 24 hours. If it's still not working after 24 hours, you need to reset your Sure Signal device
