My payment hasn’t been taken

If your payment wasn’t taken when you expected it, there are a few things you can check.

Check your payment date 

Log in or register for My Vodafone and check your payment dates for: 

If your payment was due on a weekend or bank holiday, we’ll take the payment on the next working day. 

Check you have a Direct Debit set up 

If you don’t have a Direct Debit set up, your payment won’t be taken automatically.  

You can choose to set up a Direct Debit, but you’ll need to make your outstanding payment manually.  

  1. Log in or register for My Vodafone  
  2. Pay your latest bill 
  3. Set up a Direct Debit for future payments
