First, check the details we have are correct:
- Log in to your My Vodafone account
- From the navigation menu, choose Billing
- Then Payment methods
- Finally, choose Change Direct Debit to find out what details we have for you
My direct debit details are correct
If your payment was due on a weekend or bank holiday, we will collect this payment on the next working day.
