    1. Log in to your My Vodafone account
    2. From the navigation menu, choose Billing
    3. Then Payment methods
    4. Finally, choose Change Direct Debit to find out what details we have for you

    If your payment was due on a weekend or bank holiday, we will collect this payment on the next working day.
