- Log in to your My Vodafone account
- From the navigation menu, choose ‘Billing’
- Then ‘Payment methods’
- Finally, choose ‘Change direct debit’ to find out what details we have for you
My direct debit details are correct
If your payment was due on a weekend or bank holiday, we will collect this payment on the next working day.
