First, check the details you’ve given us are correct: 

  1. Log in to your My Vodafone account
  2. From the navigation menu, choose ‘Billing’ 
  3. Then ‘Payment methods’ 
  4. Finally, choose ‘Change direct debit’ to find out what details we have for you 

My direct debit details are correct

If your payment was due on a weekend or bank holiday, we will collect this payment on the next working day.

If it seems like something else is going on, start a chat with us so that we can take a closer look for you.
