    Pay as you go 

    You can check your current balance, and any usage you haven’t been billed for, in the My Vodafone app:

    1. From the dashboard, tap Billing.
    2. This will show you a list of your latest bills
    3. Tap on your latest bill to expand an itemised list of charges
    4. Any out-of-plan charges will be highlighted in red

    If for any reason you can’t use the app, you can also call 44555 to check your balance.  

    You can check how much Pay as you go credit you’ve got left in the My Vodafone app. The Credit tile on the homescreen will tell you your current balance. You can tap it to top up. 

    If you don’t have the app, you can either: 

    • Dial *#1345# to see your balance on screen 
    • Call 2345 to hear your balance

    You need to use your Vodafone Pay as you go phone for these numbers to work.
