How to change your delivery details
If your parcel is being delivered via DPD, you'll have to get in touch with them to change your delivery time. If you need to change the address, you need to start a chat with us.
It’s not possible to change orders delivered by Royal Mail.
My delivery contains a router
If your delivery is of a Home Broadband Router, you can change your details directly with DPD, once they send you your tracking number. You’ll receive this by message, or push alert if you have the DPD app.
