I can’t log in to my account

There could be a few reasons why you can’t log in to your account.

Forgotten username or password

If you’ve forgotten your login details, you can:  

Recover your username  

Reset your password 

You can also recover your username online using your broadband order number. This can be found in the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your broadband order. The order number will start with either WEB, SBL, EDM or UC4 followed by 16 digits, for example WEB-1234567890123456. 

Security code hasn't come through

If you haven’t received a security code within five minutes, try requesting a new one – you can also have this sent to a different mobile number. Always use the newest code if you receive more than one. Make sure you use your code as soon as you receive it – it’ll expire after 20 minutes. 

It’s worth checking your phone settings to make sure you haven’t blocked calls and texts from Vodafone – this would stop you from receiving security codes.

Left Vodafone

If you’ve recently left Vodafone, your number may have been disconnected or transferred to a new network. This means you’ll be unable to log in to My Vodafone 

If you’ve set up an alternative contact number, you can use this to access your account. You can also set up an alternative contact number by calling us on 03333 040 191 (standard charges apply).

Need to create an account

If you joined Vodafone in one of our stores or by phoning us, we’ll have created an account for you and emailed you the details.

If you don’t have an account, you can fill out our registration form

You’ll need your Vodafone mobile number or Home Broadband order number to hand.

Why is my Vodafone account locked?

When you try to log in with an incorrect username or password five times, we lock your account. We do this to stop anyone who isn’t you accessing your account. 

You can change your username or password by heading to the login page and choosing Forgotten your username or Forgotten your password.
