I can't log in to my account

There could be a few reasons why you can't log in to your account.

The security code isn't coming through  

If you haven’t received a security code within five minutes, try going back and requesting a new one. You can also try using a different number to send the code to.

If you’ve received more than one code, wait five minutes and use the newest one to log in.

If you don’t use your security code within 20 minutes, you’ll need to request a new one. 

Check your phone settings to make sure you haven’t blocked calls or texts from Vodafone in the past, as this will stop you receiving security codes.  

I've left Vodafone  

If you’re struggling to log in, it could be that your number has now been disconnected or transferred to a new network. This means it will no longer appear in the drop-down on the My Vodafone login page.

If you set up an alternative contact number on your account, you can use this to log in. If you didn’t do this, you can set up your alternative contact number (which can be any UK mobile number) by calling us on 03333 040 191 from any UK phone (standard call charges apply). 

I have a Home Broadband order number  

You can recover your username online using your broadband order number. This can be found in the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your broadband order. 

It will start with either WEB, SBL, EDM or UC4 followed by 16 digits, for example WEB-1234567890123456.

If you joined Vodafone in one of our stores or by phoning us, we’ll have created the account for you and emailed you the details.

If you don’t have an account, you can fill out our registration form. You’ll need your Vodafone number or Home Broadband order number on hand.
