I’ve left Vodafone but I can’t access My Vodafone account online. What should I do?

If you’re struggling to log in, it may be that your number has now been disconnected or transferred to a new network. This means the number will no longer appear in the drop-down on the My Vodafone login page.

If you’ve previously set up an alternative contact number on your account, you can use this to log in. If you didn’t do this, you can set up your alternative contact number (which can be any UK mobile or landline number) by calling us on 03333 040 191 from any UK phone (standard call charges apply)
