I need help with my Vodafone account due to a terminal illness

We understand this is a difficult time, so we've tried to make it as easy as possible to report a terminal illness for yourself or someone else.

Let us know about your illness, or another Vodafone customer’s, and you can request to do the following free of charge:

  • Close the account
  • Change to Pay as you go
  • Transfer a Pay monthly or broadband contract to another account

Gather the details we’ll need

To process your request, we’ll need proof of your, or another Vodafone customer’s condition dated within the last 6-12 months. If you’re contacting us on behalf of someone else, we'll need their personal details in order to help.
