I need help with my Vodafone account due to a terminal illness

We understand this is a difficult time, so we've tried to make it as easy as possible to report a terminal illness for yourself or someone else. 

Let us know about your illness, or another Vodafone customers, and you can request to do the following free of charge:

  • Close the account 
  • Change to Pay as you go 
  • Transfer a Pay monthly or broadband contract to another account 

Gather the details we’ll need 

Providing proof of terminal illness is optional and allows us to process your request more quickly. If you’re providing documents, these need to be: 

  • On headed paper 
  • Signed by a medical professional and dated within the last 6-12 months 

If you’re contacting us on behalf of someone else, we'll need their personal details to complete the request.
