I think I've been a victim of fraud

If you think someone has got into your Vodafone account, or a Vodafone account has been set up in your name without your permission, let us know as soon as possible.

You can also call our fraud team free on 0333 304 2897 – lines are open every day from 8am to 8pm. If you call outside of these hours, you can request a call back.   

Once you’ve told us about the suspected fraud:  

  • We'll investigate new cases immediately – seven days a week  
  • You'll hear back from us within the next seven days, and even earlier if the issue is affecting your Vodafone service 

We can only help with fraud queries related to Vodafone. If your bank or credit card is affected, you’ll need to contact your provider directly.
