I think I've been a victim of fraud

If you think someone has got into your Vodafone account, or a Vodafone account has been set up in your name without your permission, you need to let us know.

You can report an incident if you’re:

  • An existing Vodafone customer
  • A non-Vodafone customer who has had a Vodafone account set up in their name

Report it online

Before you do anything else, ask yourself:

  • Could this have been you?
  • Could someone else have made the change – a family member perhaps?

If the answer is no and you suspect someone has gained access to your account without permission – don’t panic. Let us know as soon as possible so that we can take steps to protect your information.
