I'm moving home – what do I need to do?

If you’re moving house, you need to give us at least two weeks’ notice for us to set-up your broadband at your new home on the date you move. If you don't give us this much notice, we’ll still be happy to more your services across. However, you may be without broadband until we can get your services activated.

We need to know your new address to check that we can provide a like-for-like service there. You can check yourself on our Broadband page. If we’re happy we can provide a like-for-like service, we’ll set up a new order for the new address and cancel the broadband at the current (old) address for you on your specified dates.

If you’re in rented accommodation, you must first obtain permission from the landlord to have Vodafone Broadband at the property.

Please note: If you’re moving to an address where we can’t provide Home Broadband, we can cancel your contact with us without having to pay any Early Termination Fees. However, cancellation in these circumstances is still subject to our 30-day cancellation notice period, and you'll be required to continue paying for this service during these 30 days, whether you still have the service or not
