My Vodafone home phone isn’t ringing or receiving incoming calls. What should I do?

First, see if your phone’s ringer switch (if it has one) is on – and check that the volume is turned up. 
 
Also, make sure that no more than four phones are plugged in throughout your home – not just at the main socket, but any extension points too. 
 
You can find out if your phone is faulty by trying another one in the same socket, and it’s also worth checking to see if you have Call divert switched on. See our Phone user guide for more details on how to do this.
