The easiest way to pay your Home Broadband bill is to set up a Direct Debit. If you’re a new customer, we can set this up for you.

- With a debit or credit card through our self-service system or by calling customer services on 08080 034 515 (free from all UK landlines and mobiles, lines open Monday to Sunday 8am to 11pm)
