Our Charge to Bill service allows you to buy services from various merchants that don’t work directly with us. This could be a text-donation to a charity, a subscription to a gaming portal or a text to enter TV and/or radio competitions.
In these cases, any after-sale support is the responsibility of the service provider you purchased from. You can use our Charge Checker to find out who that is, and how to get in contact with them about your purchase.
Sometimes you might need to verify your mobile number when using Charge to Bill. This will be a One Time Password (OTP).
