I want to reconnect my service

If you don’t have service, it might be because you owe money on your account. Please check and pay off any outstanding balance.

If your broadband service is offline, but your bills are all up to date, there might be a technical problem. Check your router and see how you might be able to fix it using our broadband support tool

If you’ve requested for your service to be cancelled and have changed your mind, you may be able to reconnect it. Please call 191 from your Vodafone mobile to discuss this with a member of our team.  

If your Vodafone Insurance was cancelled at the same time as your service, it may be reinstated when you reconnect. If you don't want the insurance policy to be reinstated, or it wasn't reinstated when you expected it to, give the team a call on 0333 304 3346.
