How do I pay my bill?

The easiest way to pay your bills is to set up a Direct Debit.

Usually, we’ll set this up when you join. 

If for any reason you don’t have a Direct Debit set up, it’s easy to do:  

  1. Log in to your My Vodafone account
  2. From the navigation menu, choose Settings
  3. Choose the plan you want to update, then Manage Payments
  4. Finally, choose Set up Direct Debit and fill in your details

  1. Log in to your My Vodafone account
  2. Choose Billing from the navigation menu
  3. Then Make a payment
  4. Choose whether you want to pay in full, or pay another amount

Over the phone

You can pay your bill over the phone. Here are the numbers to call depending on what phone you’re using and where you are: 

  • Vodafone mobile: Call 56677 free 
  • Landline: Call 0333 3040 191
  • From abroad: Call +44 7836 191 191

Xtra and Device plans 

If you’re on an Xtra Plan with a phone or watch, your Device Plan is paid for separately from your bill. Please see your Device Plan agreement for more detail on your payment schedule.
