Why do I have multiple Direct Debits?

For the majority of customers who have an EVO plan, your payments will be taken separately for both your Device Plan and Airtime Plan. You’ll get separate bills for each, which combined will amount to the full cost of your Evo Plan. 

This means you’ll see multiple Direct Debits taken from your account. You might not see them on the same day, but they should be within seven days of each other.
