There are a few things you can try to get your GigaCube working.
When it has a good connection, the light on the front is solid green.
Check the signal in your area
If your GigaCube can't connect, it could be a wider problem with the 4G or 5G network in your area – check if there's a network issue
Move the GigaCube to a different place
The speed depends on where the GigaCube sits in your home. Make sure you:
- Keep it out of enclosed spaces, like cupboards
- Keep it as far away as possible from other electronic devices, like your TV
- Don't put it on the floor or up against a wall
Disconnect some devices
Try reducing the number of devices you have connected to the GigaCube at the same time.
