When will my broadband be activated?

Your broadband will start working on your activation day. It can take until midnight for you to be connected.  

Find out when your activation day is: 

  • Get your order number from your order confirmation email, or your router packing when it arrives 
  • Track your order through our order tracker  

If you can’t find your confirmation email, but you’ve registered for a My Vodafone account – you can find your order status in recent orders  

What if I’m still not connected?  

If you’ve had your activation day and you’re still not connected, please chat to TOBi – make sure you have your account number ready.
