The Vodafone Broadband app isn't working

If you're having issues with the Vodafone Broadband app and can’t connect to your router:

  1. If you have the new version of the app and you’re using WiFi, some features might be restricted  

  2. If you have an Ultra Hub or WiFi Hub, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app  

  3. A new version on the app was released for Ultra Hub and WiFi Hub users – this version doesn’t support Vox 2.5 routers
