If you’re having issues connecting your Booster, try resetting it to factory settings:
- Find the reset pin on the back of your Super WiFi Booster
- Insert a pin, push until you hear a click, and hold for 15 seconds
- Wait 10 seconds for the booster to restart – the front LED will turn white or purple depending on the type of booster you have
- Try to set up the Booster again
