Your broadband will start working on your activation day. It can take until midnight for you to be connected.
Find out when your activation day is:
- Get your order number from your order confirmation email, or your router packing when it arrives
- Track your order through our order tracker
If you can’t find your confirmation email, but you’ve registered for a My Vodafone account – you can find your order status in recent orders
