The lights on your router will flash or display certain colours if there’s a problem, but resetting your hub usually fixes things.
To factory reset your device:
- Insert a small, pointed object, like a paper clip, into the 'RESET' hole on the back of the hub and hold it in. All the lights will come on, and then 6 seconds later, all the lights will go off. After this you can release the button.
- After 5 seconds, the hub will now reset.
When your internet light indicates you’re connected, your hub has reset.
All custom settings will now be reset – like a unique WiFi username/password. To reconnect your devices to the internet, you’ll need to enter the default login info for your hub, which can be found on the back of the hub.
