How do I include Spotify Premium as part of my plan if I’m a Spotify Premium customer already?

If you’re an existing Spotify Premium customer, you’ll need to take the following steps to cancel that subscription so that you can take up the Spotify Premium option from your Red Entertainment plan.

  1. Cancel your current Direct Debit to Spotify 
  2. Wait until the last day of your payment cycle for that month 
  3. When your account has switched to Spotify Free activate your inclusive subscription
