  • How do I book a device in for repair?

    To book your device repair, you can chat to us online. .

    To get your device to us for repair, we can either: 

    1. Arrange for a courier to come and pick up your device – the courier will then bring your device to us for the repair
    2. Send you a box – you can put your device in this, then post it to us for the repair 

    Both options are free. 

    You can also visit us in store - please use our store locator to check if your local store is open.

    Once your device is repaired, we’ll courier it back to you – also free.
