  • How much will it cost to repair my device?

The repair cost depends on the make of the device and the type and amount of damage there is.

Visit our tech team page to find out more about the support and repair services we offer.

Repairs you don't have to pay for

If your device is still in warranty or you have insurance, then this might cover the cost of repairs.

The kind of damage covered usually includes hairline cracks or pixel damage – check your warranty or insurance documents for full details.

Repairs you have to pay for

Major damage such as LCD fracture, evidence of impact, port damage and missing buttons isn't usually covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Also, you'll need to pay if the device can't be repaired and needs to be replaced, for example, if there's liquid damage or it's been dropped from a height.
