There's a problem with my Network Unlock Code (NUC)

Make sure you typed the code in exactly as it appears in the email we sent you. Your NUC is case sensitive so you must use capital letters in the right place.

The NUC only works for the device you gave us the details of. If you want to unlock a different device, you need to complete a new form to get another NUC
