I haven't received my Network Unlock Code (NUC)

For some devices we need to get the NUC from the manufacturer, so it can take up to 10 days. We'll let you know if this is the case.

When we get your NUC request, we'll send you an email to confirm your email address. Make sure you confirm your email as we can't submit your request until you do.

If it's been more than 10 days and you still haven't received your NUC, please chat to us online.
