How do I move my old number to my new SIM?

If you’re a new customer joining us from another network, you’ll need to fill in our Keep my number form. You’ll need to ensure you have a PAC from your old operator to complete this form.

If you’re an existing Vodafone customer switching from Pay as you go to Pay monthly, you’ll also need to fill in our Keep my number form

If you want to go the other way and switch from Pay monthly to Pay as you go, please call 191, free from your Vodafone mobile, to speak to an adviser.

If your SIM has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can pick up a new SIM in store or order one by speaking to an adviser on Live Chat. You can then complete our SIM swap form

If you’ve simply got a new phone and need a different-sized SIM to your old one, first check if you have a Multi-SIM. If you do, you may be able to “pop out” the smaller size or use a SIM adapter to make it fit a bigger slot. Alternatively, you can also pick up a new SIM in store or order one by speaking to an adviser on Live Chat, and then complete our SIM swap form
