SIM swap is when you move your number to a replacement SIM card. This is usually due to your old SIM having been lost, stolen or damaged, or if you have a new device that requires a different-sized SIM to your old one. It’s available to Pay monthly, Pay as you go and small business customers.

- If you’re having network issues – see our network status checker for any known issues or contact us on 191 (free from any Vodafone mobile), 03333 040 191 from other UK landlines or mobiles (standard call charges apply), or by using Live Chat
- If you’re joining us from another network – you’ll need to get a PAC from your old provider and then fill in our Keep my number form
- If you’re a large business or corporate customer – if you’ve got access to Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO), just log in as usual to swap your SIM. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact your account manager
- If you’re a Pay as you go customer and your device can’t receive text messages – you’ll need to contact us to go through the best course of action
