Once received, complete our Keep My Number Form
Please note: Your PAC is only valid for 30 days, so you’ll need to give it to us within this time to port your number over.
If you’re a Pay as you go customer:
Please ensure you use all your credit with your current network as you can’t transfer it to Vodafone.
If you want to use your existing Pay as you go phone on our network, you’ll need to request a Network Unlock Code (NUC) from your old provider.
If you’re a business customer:
You can bring up to 25 mobile numbers to our network. Please contact your account manager or Prime Contact for more information.
