The day your number will move to our network depends on when you submit your Keep My Number form to us.
Forms submitted before 5pm, Monday to Friday, will be completed on the next working day.
Forms sent after 5pm or over the weekend will be completed within two working days.
For example, if you submit it after 5pm on Monday, your number will move across on Wednesday. If you submit your form on the Saturday, your number would move across on Tuesday.
Bank holidays don't count as working days, so you’ll need to allow extra time for your request to be completed.
