We'll let you know the day your number is due to move. On this day please put your Vodafone SIM in your device and turn it on.
The transfer should happen between 11am and 5pm on the designated day, but can take until the end of the working day.
If it still hasn’t happened by midnight, restart your device (with the SIM inserted). If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact one of our advisers using Live Chat.
You should still be able to receive calls on your old phone until we’ve completed your move.
If you’re joining as a Pay as you go customer, you’ll need to make a call or send a text to activate your number on our network.
If you’re an iPhone user, you may also need to adjust some settings

Once your number’s been moved, we’ll send you a text to welcome you to Vodafone.
