What's a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC)?

A Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) lets you keep your mobile number when you move from one network provider to another.

Joining Vodafone from another network

If you’re joining Vodafone, you’ll need to ask your old mobile provider for a PAC.

As this is only valid for 30 days after the date it’s issued, you’ll need to give it to us within this time. If you don’t, you’ll have to request another.

If you're leaving us, find out more about how to get a PAC and close your account

If you already have a PAC, simply give that to your new provider and they’ll transfer your number.
