If you decide to cancel your broadband order within the 30-day return period, we’ll send you a pre-paid envelope which will arrive in 2 to 5 days. This wait won’t affect your 30-day return period, as you’ve already let us know.
Put everything that came with your order into the envelope and post it to us. We’ll complete your cancellation request when we receive your returned equipment.
Note: if the equipment you return isn’t in good working order, you may have to pay a charge.
