How can I track my delivery?

Before dispatch to the delivery company

Our online order tracker will give updates before your order is handed over to the carrier. You’ll need your order number and postcode.

After dispatch – DPD

On the day before your delivery, you’ll receive an email from DPD (and also a text message if you’ve given us a valid mobile contact number)confirming your delivery date. You’ll receive another with your allocated hourly slot on the morning of delivery. Each of these notifications will have a link allowing you to track and change your delivery.

You can also go directly to their website and enter your DPD consignment number and postcode.

After dispatch - Royal Mail

You’ll receive confirmation from us by text once we’ve despatched your goods to Royal Mail. We don’t use a Royal Mail tracked service so you can’t track these orders once they’ve left our warehouse.

You don’t need to sign for goods being delivered by Royal Mail. If you aren’t home and they won’t fit through the letterbox, Royal Mail will leave instructions on how you can rearrange delivery.
