How can I track my delivery?

You can track your delivery using the Order Tracker

You’ll need to have your order number to hand. You’ll find this in the confirmation email that we sent you. Your order number will begin with WEB, SBL, EDM or UC4.

We use Royal Mail or DPD to deliver our parcels, depending on the cost of your item. Once your item is dispatched, what happens next depends on which service we have used.

Items and devices over £60 are delivered by DPD:

You can track your parcel on the DPD website, or you can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store

DPD will also email and/or text you to confirm your delivery date and time on the day of delivery.

Items and devices under £60 are delivered by Royal Mail:

We don’t use a tracked Royal Mail service, but you will receive a confirmation by text when you order has been dispatched.
