How can I change my delivery?

It’s not possible to change from home delivery to store delivery, or vice versa.

Similarly, changes can’t be made to an order being sent by Royal Mail. There’s no need to sign for goods being delivered by Royal Mail though, so if you aren’t home, they’ll either post them through the letterbox, or leave instructions on rearranging your delivery.

If your order’s being sent by DPD, you can access options to change your delivery by entering your consignment number and postcode on the DPD website or by clicking the link in your DPD delivery notification.

Options include:

  • changing delivery date
  • arranging to collect goods from a local DPD Pickup Shop or DPD depot
  • adding delivery instructions
  • arranging for goods to be left with a neighbour

For security reasons, if you need to change your delivery address, you’ll need to contact us directly.

Please note: if you’re new to Vodafone and you’d like to order a phone, you’ll only be able to have your order delivered to the address you’ve registered.
