How will my order be delivered?

We hope you’re looking forward to getting your new phone.  It can be delivered to you in a variety of ways – but please choose carefully,  as we can’t change the method after you decide.

Click and Collect

This service is free. When you order online, we’ll show you which stores have your phone in stock. Then you can collect it two hours after placing your order. We’ll even set it up for you before you leave,so you can use it right away. 

You can pick up your phone from any of our stores, just tell us which one. We’ll check if it’s in stock when you order. If not you can choose another store. We’ll confirm your order by email and let you know when it arrives, so you can come to collect it. Please allow 30 minutes for us to process your order in store and help set up your new phone.

To collect your order in store, you’ll new to bring the valid debit or credit card  (registered to your address) that  you used to pay for  your order.

If the phone is on a new agreement it can only be collected by the account holder, but a friend or family member  can collect an upgrade order. They’ll need to bring photo ID (a valid driving licence or passport) and they  must be named on the account.

Delivery to your account address 

We can deliver by standard or premium delivery to the address registered to your account. 

The address must be same as the one registered to your payment card, and be in the UK and Northern Ireland. Please choose your card carefully, as we can’t change any details once you’ve placed your order.

Someone needs to be in to sign for it, otherwise it'll go back to your local DPD or Royal Mail depot – the driver will leave a card with details of how you can collect it or rearrange delivery.
