How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order with our online order tracker. You just need to enter your order number and postcode.

The order tracker shows the following four stages:                                  

  1. Received – this confirms that we’ve received all the information we need to complete your order, and that we’re checking those details.
  2. Confirmation – at this stage we’ll be making the final checks before sending your order. When those are complete, the tracker will display the time and date of the order confirmation.
  3. Getting ready – here we’ll be arranging the payment, confirming stock availability and sending your details to the warehouse.
  4. Delivery – when the checker says ‘Your order’s been completed’, it’ll be ready to be collected by the couriers. Note: this only means the order is ready to leave our warehouse. It doesn’t mean your order has been delivered.

Tracking your delivery – DPD

DPD offers a live tracking service online. You can either use the link included in your DPD confirmation email, or log in to the DPD website. You’ll need your consignment number and delivery address to hand.

Tracking your delivery – Royal Mail

As we don’t use a Royal Mail tracked service, it’s not possible to track the progress of your order once it has left our warehouse.
