We can deliver your order by standard or premium delivery to the address registered on your account. We use either Royal Mail or DPD for deliveries, and your delivery notification will confirm which service is being used.
When you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, DPD or Royal Mail will send confirmation of your delivery date by text or email.
If your order is being delivered by DPD you’ll receive another notification confirming your one-hour time slot.
If you miss the delivery on the first or second attempts, DPD or Royal Mail will tell you how to collect it from your local depot. Alternatively, they’ll let you know how to rearrange a delivery.
If the assigned date isn’t convenient, the DPD delivery notification provides you with a range of options for changing your delivery date. If you need to change your delivery address, you’ll have to contact the customer care team
