Our Returns page has all the information you’ll need if you want to return your purchase.
It’ll take you through a simple, step-by-step process for returning faulty or unwanted items. We normally require a proof of purchase for every return (usually a receipt), so make sure you have this to hand.
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we’ll simply exchange it for a brand new one under our Returns policy. Alternatively, you can return it for a full refund.
If you’ve changed your mind about a product which isn’t faulty, ensure you have the original packaging and return it undamaged with any original accessories and promotional items.
Note: if your order was placed before 21 March 2016, it’s covered by our old 14-day returns policy (which has elapsed, and so your purchase is now covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee.) Please see our previous terms and conditions for more information.
If you bought a phone or SIM from another retailer (such as Carphone Warehouse) you’ll need to speak to them about returning it.
