It takes two working days for personal and sole trader accounts, and 10 days for other small business accounts.
For broadband, you can only transfer accounts personal to personal, and business to business.

Vodafone EVO - Device Plans and Xtra Plans
If you have a Vodafone EVO plan, you can only transfer your number and Xtra Plan (data, minutes and texts). Your Device Plan is a credit agreement, so we're not able to move it to someone else.
If you have insurance on your device, this will stay with your Device Plan. It will end when you've paid off your device in full, or if you cancel your insurance
